Gadgets O'plenty
 

I've noticed I'm using lots more gadgets and small appliances lately. I've started ,making my own hazelnut coffee at home, rather than buying lattes out, so I got out the coffee maker. I've been snacking on pop-corn, so I climbed up in the very top cabinet and got down my air-popper. Then today, I dragged out the George Forman grill. My kitchen counter top is looking classy. :lol:

I am big on all of my cookware and appliances. Some things are just invaluable for food prep. I particularly love my knives (really really good ones from Japanese knife-producer Global), my whirly-pop (for popcorn with almost no oil!), my food scale (perfect ice cream portions to the gram!) and my blender/food processor combo.

I love my gizzmos. Just got a Cuisinart Premier series processor from DH for Valentine's Day. I cook for 10 currently, and though I have excellent knives, Cutco & Boos cutting board, I also love the efficency of my machines. Same with the William/Sonoma bread machine and Kitchen Aide.

My lifestyle change and losing weight has made me discover my love for kitchen gadgets and cookware. I need to exercise serious restraint when I wander into the kitchen section at target!!

I got a kitchenaid stand mixer for Christmas. I love the meat grinder for making chicken burgers. And the mixer is apple green in color. So cool. I also have the ice cream attachment.

Ooh, and my coffee press. Gotta love that.

My fave gadget that I use everyday is my salad spinner. Just can't do without it!

I give up trying to put my blender away. I need to make my shake everyday so it may as well just sit right there.

I like my food scale too. I got new knives for Christmas and love them too. I didn't realise how bad my old ones were!

I absolutely adore my Cuisinart food scale! Couldn't live without it :)
