So recently I have heard A LOT about sugar cleanses, and not eating sugar, and stuff like that. What is this all about? How do you not eat any sugar? Pretty much everything has sugar in it. Sugar Free stuff has "fake" sugar in it, but still sugar-ish. Can someone explain to me what this is about, and is it worth it? My weight loss journey has been going on for about a month and I've lost 17 lbs. I've done good. I've only cheated once, last night actually. Well, I got a sandwich from burger king, but I still don't think I went over my calories for the day?! I've eaten things I probly shouldn't have, but have still stayed within my daily calories. Which is why I'm doing great at this. If I slip and have something I shouldn't have I can work it in somehow. Sorry rambling, lol, so what is the deal with the no sugar thing?
