Smile Do I Increase??

I have been doing really well at 1500 calories. Would it be wise to increase it to 1800 or stay where I am til I stall? I am doing the 30DS everyday and I workout in the gym two days a week doing cardio one day and weights the other. It seems like I feel hungry sooner around Wednesday thru Friday. Which is probably do to the increase in exercise on Tuesday, my cardio day and my weight training day is Friday. I was invited to do a boot camp on Saturday's but I will have to think about that one. My husband said I can get to goal faster...Whatever dude, he's not working out as much as I am.

You won't necessarily stall. There's nothing wrong with eating a little something healthy and extra if you're hungry after working out.

Try this out: http://www.freedieting.com/tools/cal...alculator.htm# It helped me to figure out how many calories I should be eating.
