I always said I would not calorie count. It's too much work, makes me too obsessive, and my wonderful team mates on the biggest loser challenge said that to lose weight, we must become obsessed.
I've been tracking my calories for one week now. I'm sticking to between 1400 and 1600 calories and so far have been in the high 1500's. I weighed in today and after one week I've lost four pounds! That's with exercising three times this week.
I have to say, the first couple days were hard inputting the calories etc, but now it's a piece of cake. I enter my intended foods the night before, but usually end up changing it throughout the day. But it's working. I'm thrilled! In two weeks I should be back in ONEderland!!!!!
