Count me in! I just started calorie counting in the last few weeks but I live overseas so it has been a real challenge! I'm determined to do the best I can and get the weight off this time. I think this thread is a great idea!

I am starting to do calorie counting for the first time. I am going to do the zig zag method and see how that works. I also have my Buddy Bug on and doing 30 min on a treadmill and 3 days a week weight lifting. I hope to start Zumba soon. I have tried everything and it still boils down to what ever you do calories in calories out. I am also a type II diabetic. It just has to work.

I'm starting today! I'll be tracking my calories on My Plate. I have been following the Weight Watchers plan but have decided to give calorie counting a try. I will also be working out 4-5 times a week.

I'm also starting counting calories today. I've been on WW online, but this constant conversion of nutritional values into points was just too time consuming for me. I find it so much easier to just count calories. Also, I want to see exactly how much fat, protein, fiber and other nutrients I've consumed at the end of the day, and not have to deal with the "secret" formula that just gives me points. I have 25 lbs to lose, and will try calorie counting. Hope it works.
