I'm also starting counting calories today. I've been on WW online, but this constant conversion of nutritional values into points was just too time consuming for me. I find it so much easier to just count calories. Also, I want to see exactly how much fat, protein, fiber and other nutrients I've consumed at the end of the day, and not have to deal with the "secret" formula that just gives me points. I have 25 lbs to lose, and will try calorie counting. Hope it works.
