Ive been counting calories and I eat between 1200-1500 on average most days I eat 1300 or so but Im never hungry. THe past two weeks Ive been sticking to counting and working out consistantly so I can tell just yet but Ive lost 4lbs this week. I walk one hour 4-5 times per week. Its all about your body and you need to listen to it.
WHen I was eating like 1800 or so I wasnt really losing.
