Do you think we could start up a weekly chat thread? What do you think? That way we can chat daily on our successes and downfalls and not necessarily post something when we have a question...

Sounds good. Count me in.

I am excited because I am down 4.5 pounds since I started. It probably would have been more but i slipped one day and gained. I am also proud of myself because I am really getting into my exercise routine. As much as I though I hated exercise I am starting to like it.
