Unhappy diet on hold...doctors orders
Hi guys thought i would update you.

been very ill for a year, constant periods all the time now they think its a hormone issue which could be affecting my weight anyway

monday it got worse, severe pains, fainted, ended up in hospital and on a drip. Now im home taking 19 tablets a day to stop myself bleeding, its serious.

If i am no better tomorrow then i have to be admitted to hospital for more tests. Im feeling rotten, pills are making me very drowsy and my doc has ordered me to scrap dieting. he says its vital i eat as i am loosing serious amounts of blood.

i hope to be well soon to start my diet

You take care of you, and do what the doctors say. Hope you can keep us posted on how you are feeling, and you will be in my thoughts.

Hope things work out! Like bargoo said- eat healthy at least! Doesn't mean you have to fill up on McDonald's and such! You can still eat more but eat healthy

Try not to think of it as putting your weight loss or diet on hold, instead think of it as continuing to take care of yourself. Right now taking care of yourself means eating for nutrition and strength without regard to weight loss. Taking care of yourself can mean different things at different stages and circumstances. When circumstances change, you need to adjust accordingly. It's not really that you have a different goal (a healthy you), you just have to take a different path for a while.

thank you, i had a reaction to medication last night, ended up in hosp again. its been awful, jst home now. it was like a drug addict coming down off a hit, i was delerious, screaming, pulling my hair and pulling my skin off. and i dont remember anything of it, can only tell cause my husbands in a state and my body is sore and a mess.
