Almond butter, huh? I love peanut butter, and I love almonds, so an almond butter sounds delicious to me. I eat a tablespoon of peanut butter just about every day, and it'd be nice to switch it up with some other nut butters. What is the calorie count for a tablespoon of almond butter?

I buy almond butter in a 12 oz. tub at my farmer's market for $6.50. I used to grind almonds every morning to put in my oatmeal, but now I just put 1 Tbs. in it every morning. I also have another Tbs. every evening, either on whole grain toast or right off the spoon. The tub lasts me about two to three weeks. Don't have a Trader Joe's here. I love the fresh taste, not too sweet. I hope I can find another place to buy it after the end of farmer's market this fall. I'm addicted to it now. I've tried their cashew butter, but don't like it as well. Mmm, hazelnut sounds really good too!
