Arrow 66 & Just Counting Calories & Carbs

About 6 years ago I met with a Registered Dietitian who recommended an Insulin Resistance Diet. My insurance covered a few visits so we met once a month for about 4 months. During that time I lost 26 pounds and all my numbers dropped into the normal range. I felt great.

Then I had a major surgery and have been gaining weight ever since.

It's not hard at all to follow and I want to get back on it. Once you get going your cravings and hunger stop.

It's 1500 calories and 165 gms carbs per day

If anyone wants to join me I will be here daily - my way to stay focused.

Carbs: 165 carbs between 3 meals and 2 snacks daily.

45 breakfast 45 lunch 45 dinner 15 snack 1 15 snack 2
and always eat a carb with a non-carb protein or healthy fat.

3 Meals: approx 450 calories each with the balance split between 2 snacks.

Yesterday was a good day. Absolutely no sugar foods!

It helps to keep busy and keep my mind off of eating. When I am bored I want to eat even if I am not actually hungry.

Today may be a cloudy and rainy day....the hardest for me. I need to find a project that will keep my mind and feet busy
