I had some extra cantalope that I needed to use up, and came up with this delicious recipe. Smoothies don't usually fill me up, but this lasted me all morning.
1/2 ripe cantalope, cut into cubes
1 1/2 cups ff plain yogurt (I used Greek yogurt)
3 TBSP SF vanilla syrup
4 - 6 ice cubes
Whirl all together in a blender til smooth. Makes about 2 servings.
