Default Apple Cinnamon Yogurt

When I was little, my favorite kind of yogurt was Dannon's Fruit on the Bottom Apple Yogurt, with big chunks of apple. So, recently, I decided to make my own.

1 Granny Smith apple (cut into little chunks)
2 tbsps. Splenda for baking (the granulated kind)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon water
6 oz. fat-free plain yogurt

Toss the all ingredients EXCEPT the yogurt into a bowl, mix up, microwave for about 2 min. Remove, stir again and chill in fridge for awhile. Once cold, mix part of the apple mixture into the yogurt. One apple makes at least three servings of the apple mixture, so you get a few days out of it.

This sounds right up my alley. My favorite type of yogurt is yoplait apple turnover and it's fully of bad stuff. This would probably be a pretty close replica -- maybe I'll add some cinnamon to the yogurt itself.
