These are dense but yummy and filling. I only made these once but they were good and don't set off cravings like regular ww flour ones do for me. Hope you like!
-1/3 C Bobs Red Mill mixed grain cereal
-1 egg + 2 eggwhites (or 2 whole eggs)
-1/4 C millers bran (wheat bran)
-1/4 C cottage cheese
-1 packet splenda
-1/4 tsp baking powder
-1/2 tsp vanilla
-1/2 tsp cinnamon
In a blender pulse the cereal a few times to break up the whole grains some. Add the rest of the ingredients, blend until smooth. You can top it with some smart balance, sugar free syrup or yogurt and fruit. Enjoy.
