Found this recipe on recipezaar, but changed it around a little:
2 c. Rolled Oats
1 c. WW Flour
1 c. NSA Apple Juice or Orange Juice
1 c. NSA Dried Fruits (I used a mix of apricots, cranberries, prunes & currants)
1/4 c. Splenda or Agave Nectar (or a mix of both)
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. Canola Oil
1/4 c. Walnuts (or other, your preferance)
A. Pre-heat oven to 375.
B. Spray a 9x13 pan w/ Pam or other non-stick spray of your choice.
C. Combine all ingredients together in a bowl (I used my Kitchen-aid)
D. Spread evenly into the 9x13 pan.
E. Bake for 30 mins.
F. Remove from the oven and cut into bars while still hot.
G. Allow to cool in the pan before removing.
It makes 12 bars.
