Here's a better idea. I mixed it with splenda and vanilla bean and put it through my ice cream maker that's been collecting dust in my basement for months. YUM! (I know it's not really breakfast, but yum!)

I don't use artificial sweeteners, so I have been playing around with spices to add to the yogurt to make a little more tasty without using sugar...

yesterday I used vanilla extract and cinnamon (lots of cinnamon!)
today I used a bit of vanilla extract and ground ginger - the vanilla smooths the tang, and the ginger is quite spicy! Totally different than the sweet yogurts we all usually eat, but tasty!

Great idea! I don't use artificial sweeteners either, so I've been either eating it plain or with cinnamon. I'll have to try the van/ginger combo. Love, love anything with some kick! I did try unsweetened cocoa powder - YUM!
