I'm new to the SBD so hopefully this recipe is ok for Phase I. I've lost 67 pounds on the Zone Diet but need to lose 25 more pounds. The SBD is more flexible on the maintenance level, and I was getting bored.
saute 1/3 cup of red onion in olive oil
add 1/2 cup of egg substitute (or 2 real eggs)
heat up 1/4 cup of black beans in micro
after egg mixture is cooked, add beans then
1/2 cup salsa
sprinkle shredded cheese on top and microwave for 45 seconds
top with 1 tbls of guacamole.
