1. Line a greased pie plate with jalapenos (the more you use, the spicier the pie)
2. Add a bag of grated reduced fat cheese.
3. Beat 10 eggs and pour into the pie plate.
4. Bake at 250 degrees for one hour. Serve.
I have tried this recipe with things other than jalapenos...shrimp, mushrooms, bell peppers (but I add some seasonings for flavour). Only your imaginations will limit you.
