Default Egg & Dairy free breakfast ideas for P1?

I don't like eggs. I choke them down when I'm on phase 1.

Is there any way to make breakfast a little more pleasant?

To complicate things, I should not have dairy.

Any ideas?

I really like turkey bacon but I doubt I should have a meat bomb every morning.

Thanks!

When I do Phase 1, I make a lot of yogurt smoothies. No real recipe but I often make one with Greek yogurt/cocoa powder/Torani sf vanilla syrup
+/- spinach or other green veggie
+/- peanut butter or peanut powder (NOT together with the spinach but I haven't tried it so it might be good even though it sounds icky)
+/- cottage cheese or light cream cheese
+/- Crystal light drink mix powder (Berry is REALLY good with chocolate!)

IF you can have soy, there are soy substitutes for the yogurt and cream cheese. Or you could make smoothies with almond milk, add some ice cubes for texture and maybe protein powder to boost the nutrition

Here are some links to other ideas that I have saved:

Breakfast Alternatives to Eggs
Yogurt Ideas (substitute soy or coconut - if you can find unsweetened - yogurt)
Bean Muffins (there are a lot of bean bready-substitute recipes out there)

Have fun!

Great ideas! I especially love the cocoa powder/Crystal Light mix idea. Thank you!
