I'm new and glad to be here! I was hungry this morning, so I had 2 veggie quiche cups and 2 slices of turkey bacon. Is this too much? Did I blow my entire day by adding the turkey bacon? I am new to this diet.
Bunnygal don't know if you are still here or not but I read in the book that you are supposed to feel full so I don't think adding two slices of turkey bacon was bad. Sorry no one else replied.

I've also read that each meal should be 400 calories... maybe try the quiche with no/little cheese. Doesn't seem like this would be too much though since the use of the word "cups" implies that they were relatively small quiches.
