*Serves as many ppl as you have ramekins for!
Thinly Sliced Ham (or other deli type meat)
Tomato Slices or picante Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
Grated cheese (whatever you like; cheddar, Montery Jack, etc)
Place piece of ham in each and top with tomato slices (or picante sauce)
Gently crack egg over top of each rameking & sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Top each with a sprinkle of cheese
Broil 2 - 4 mins, removing when yolk is soft but not overly runny (or longer if you like your eggs firmer)
