TVP "Fried Rice"

  • * mine was ph 2 b/c my stirfry veggies had Carrots in it
    ** I had 1 cup of TVP Rehydrated in 7/8 cup of Hot Chicken Stock Chillin in my Fridge

    Spray a frying pan
    Scramble 1 egg
    add in 1/4-1/2 cup rehydrated TVP
    sprinkle with garlic powder (or minced garlic) and dried minced onion To taste
    (the dinner recipe sautees the onion but I was hungry!)
    and ginger
    Add 1/2 + cup of thawed stirfy veggies
    I used about a T of low sodium Teriyaki
    cook until the veggies are hot
    makes 2 small to medium servings (or 1 large)
    so good!!!
