Ruth - I remember the discussion about the chick pea flour but I thought flax meal was allowed on Phase 1 but was counted as a fat (oops, nut - 3T)?
ETA - a quick scan finds quite a few recipes in here with ground flax seed?
Baby steps, getting back on track 2015. Moving the next 10 lbs by the end of the summer.
Maintaining 48 lb loss since 2008, working off regain to a sensible maintenance level. 65 lbs and counting!
