Since 2 Servings FF milk apparently can now be included in Phase 1...I would love to have a smoothie recipe.
I know breakfast will be my downfall if I have to rely just on eggs (which I
don't care for). And since I don't have much of an appetite in the morning, the thought of leftovers or "mock
this and that" doesn't much appeal to me either.
That being said, I would really like to try this diet and if I can make it through Phase 1 breakfast I think I can do it! Smoothies seem to be my best option. Any ideas?
