It is only 2 bananas in 12 muffins so they won't impact your daily fruit much. I make mine without any added sweetener but we've been working at decreasing our taste for overly sweet foods for awhile. It's worth trying if you want to keep them as low carb as possible.

I haven't made them in a couple of months but I think we just stored them on the counter.

I just made these this morning. I only had vanilla flavored SF LF yogurt and milled flax seed, so I substituted them. Also, I used a tall thinner coffee cup to bake them in and cut in half. They are were really good!
