do these freeze well? also, does the egg come out overhard or a bit overeasy?

These freeze quite well, and the egg comes out fluffy. Mine did retain a lot of moisture from freezing, but that was easily remedied by patting them with a paper towel.

I tried these this morning and they were great! I added some garlic powder for taste and used turkey bacon. I made enough to carry me through the first week of phase 1.

I also added veggies to this one. Instead of yellow cheese I threw in some fat free parmesan cheese. I also put spinach at the bottom of the cup, crumbled up the bacon and then also covered it in finely chopped onion. YUMMY!

Can't wait to try this one. Today is my first day on SBD. I am hungry now. I think that if I add a hardier breakfast I may do better. Thanks for the recipes here.
