Some of my favorites are the Kashi Cinna-Raisin crunch or Go-Lean Crunch cereals. Both have high fiber (8g per 1 cup servings for both types I believe) which keeps you satisfied longer than say a bowl of corn flakes...

I've also just found a WW brand Honey-Almond Crisp cereal at Sam's Club... 2 pts per 3/4 cup per serving and with yummy blueberries. (4 g fiber per serving)

hmmm.....usually just eating Fibre 1 by itself makes me taste too much grit, I prefer to eat it mixed in my yogurt. Weight watchers have about 5 different boxed cereals in the grocery stores now......a little pricey, but look for them on sale.
