This recipe makes 9 servings at 200 calories each.
Combine in large bowl and mix thoroughly:
3/4 cup yellow corn meal
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Mix in smaller bowl:
1 can cream style corn
6oz. 0% Greek yogurt
Combine contents of both bowls and pour into square dark glass baking dish.
Cook at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
