Okay all you creative ladies!!! I have been ordering the chocolate brownie Gnu bars (gnufoods.com) for quite some time and I eat one every day... BUT they are pretty expensive and they don't sell them around me so I have to have them shipped. Anyway, I would like to try making my own fiber bar.
Here's my criteria:
-No peanut butter or nuts
-Can be out of the fridge for a few hours before being eaten (I eat them as a 10am snack at work)
-I would like to add in my chocolate protein powder (100cals/scoop) as well as benefiber or something similar
-Preferably get 8 bars out of a 9x13 pan at no more than 150calories each
I am going to be spending the weekend at home so I will try making some and I'll let you know what I come up with.
Also, I have splenda granular and splenda brown sugar blend at home and I'd like to use those instead of sugar. I also have honey...
