Those muffins look good. I substitute whole wheat pastry flour for all purpose in almost everything!
Suzanne~I've used brown rice syrup in place of corn syrup before, so I'm sure agave would work. It may not be quite as sweet, but I find most baked goods too sweet for my tastes anyway.
Time to lose the baby weight!
