Here's some info on storing Tortilla's

Hello Eileen,

Thank you for your e-mail. Yes, our tortillas can be frozen. They are good for up to 6 months in the freezer, 60-90 days in the refrigerator, and 30-45 days at room temperature. If you have any other questions, comments, or concerns please e-mail us again!

Sincerely,

Thanks for the info. I love the whole wheat tortillas and buy them by the case via the internet! I was surprised to hear that they have such a long shelf life. I didn't know that you could keep them at room temperature. What makes them last so long? [Not that they would last that long at my house! ]
