Default Excess weight in undesirable places. Help.

So, ever since i was younger i have had excess amounts of weight on the inner part of my knee. It has always bothered me to the point where i couldn't even look at myself in the mirror. Is there a way to get rid of this? It has gotten less noticeable as I get older, will it go away as I get taller?
Attached is a photo of my legs. Thanks!

Is it possible that you see a tiny detail that nobody else would notice? I'm not seeing anything unusual about your knees.

If you are still growing, as it sounds like from your post, I wouldn't worry about anything like this. My advice is to eat healthy, be active, and enjoy being young
