Cosmetic surgery?

  • I'm planning a Brazilian butt lift and tummy tuck after weight loss. BBL is where they suck fat from unwanted areas and put in butt. So kinda sculpting. And TT is self explanatory.
I was wondering if anyone has done this or is planning on it.
  • Is this subject that taboo?
  • I'm planning on doing a tummy tuck, arm lift, and probably a boob lift. I can see that my skin is not going to bounce back after losing the weight and I can't wait to get rid of it!
  • nope its not a taboo subject, there are lots of Plastic surgery posts ! I am going to need plastic surgery once i reach my weight loss goals..no if's , and's, or but's about it. i wont resemble anything close to human otherwise, i am completely disfigured. I will need an upper body lift, lower body lift, tummy tuck, thigh lift, arm lift, and breast reconstruction. i am not nessesarily looking forward to it but its gonna have to be done, since i have pains and mobility issues due to the weight of the loose skin and how it hangs off my back, thighs, and stomach. also the only types of clothing i can wear are elastic banned pants and long sleeve shirts three sizes too big so the arms and extra little bits fit..while thats all and good during the winter in the summer it tends to attract attention. i wish i was as brave as you guys but i am scared to death of the pain and all the down time ! not to mention the cost ! even though mine is going to be covered mostly by insurance.
  • I am planning on a tummy tuck and arm lift for sure. Also maybe a breast life, but I am willing to wait on that for awhile. Only my husband sees my droopy boobs, since a good bra takes care of that. I need the tummy and arms done to look normal with clothes on.
  • I'm also thinking tummy tuck. Maybe boobs too. I look like I had triplets in both areas but no kiddos here. I'm going to wait maybe a year into maintaning.
  • I'm nowhere near cosmetic surgery yet, but it's common sense that I'm going to have loose skin on my tummy. Since I'm young I'm hoping my arms bounce back, but I carry most of my weight in my hips/thighs so I'm guessing down the road I'll need a tummy tuck & thigh lift. If I can find a way to pay for it, I will 100% do it without question!
  • I could care less about my belly. I have had three full term pregnancies, it just is what it is. My HW not pregnant was 200, and I am a super slow loser, so maybe it's just not that bad. Or maybe I just don't care. Lol. Not at all knocking you guys for doing it, just saying that isn't the area I hate on the most.

I am going for injectibles this summer. I have lost so much in my face that it has aged me ten years. Crows feet, between the eyes, frown lines at mouth and forehead are all getting pumped up.

I'm also planning breast implants for summer of 2014. I was a 34C pre pregnant, a 36D pregnant with my first and they have been shrinking since. With the weight loss, I am down to a 34A, and the only reason I am an A is because of loose, empty skin. There is no breast tissue left. I have gotten really into lifting, though, and I feel like I owe it to myself to lift seriously for a year and get closer to where I want to be before I have to take a hiatus to heal from surgery.
  • TT & BL for me!
  • I'm getting the works done! In July I'm getting a brachioplasty (arm lift). Then TT, boobies, lower body lift and inner thigh lift. I'm not sure what order I'll get them done though. I can't wait to see my new body! Probably won't be completed til next year though!
  • I would love to get a TT.
  • From 97 to 02 I was preg 4 times than again in 08 and I've been big all my life. I've lost slowly but is very clear this skin is NOT gonna snap back.

I could find post on cosmetic surgery, I only pulled up WLS.
