How to NOT get saggy skin after weight loss?
I'm currently 5'4 and 160 pounds. I plan on losing 40-50 pounds and one of my main concern is saggy skin after the weight loss. The good thing about my body is that my fat is really evenly distributed... like I don't look grossly fat in one particular area..
I'm about to begin my weight loss journey.. what should I do to eliminate saggy skin?
