Default the blob that follows me everywhere

I KNOW that most of the flab I have left is lazy skin because when I put on my capezio thghts all of a sudden I look 15 years younger as far as my hips, thighs & rear are concerned but I can't wear those 24 hours a day & grabbing the saddle bag flab is just soooooo depressing. Also it makes some of my pants fit funny. I have always found Jeans are too uncomfortable to wear at any weight so those won't help. *sigh*

Sorry just had to get that out of my system.

Have patience and don't be too depressed over it ... I have been maintaining over a year and things like that are still improving (I'm 43). Also, with no change in eating OR exercise, the fat from my upper arm batwings that I thought was loose skin melted away, and seems to have redeposited in my hip/butt area where it is much less obvious! So maybe things will move around with you too.

I doing NRoWLFW which should help with the wings since if I can fill in some muscle instead of the fat that should help. But my perma-bustle REALLY needs to go.

Oh and the bottom of my butt does this icky overhang thing where I have some of my buttskin touching the back of my thighs. That is SERIOUSLY NOT COOL. :-(

Sorry but if I can't TMI here, where can I?

I think you probably look amazing and are far too critical of yourself. Remember, the models in the magazines are photoshopped. Not many women in this world are perfect (if any at all). I am a graphic designer and photoshop models pictures all the time. Smooth out the imperfections. Wish I could do that on my body as well, but I need to love the skin I'm in. This body has given me 4 children and a wonderful life. The chicken skin, stretch marks, scars and wrinkles are the wonderful reminder of my personal journey in this life. No one is just like me. You are unique too. Celebrate that. You are perfect just the way you are!!!

Why are you grabbing flab if it's depressing? I used to do that a lot. Grab my fat and berate myself.

Just stop doing that. Everybody has imperfections, it's definitely not something you should beat yourself up about.

I agree with the sentiments of the other posts. I think we need to come to a level of self love and self acceptance because perfection is not attainable for 99% of the population, so why waste your life agonizing over something you have little control over? That said, I get the need to vent and this is the place to do it!

This is happening to me too. After maintaining this weight for 7 months, my upper arms are beginning to look like regular arms of a woman my size and age, not the leftover wings hanging in the breeze.

The bad news is the fat left on my abdomen has slid even more into pot belly area and that pouch is really looking sad. Have changed my exercise routine to include weights and muscle work, hoping for another shift in the future.
