This is NOT your typical body shot. This is an inspirational video I made about self-acceptance. I've watched so many dieting videos on youtube where people put themselves down, spend way too much time focusing on their flaws, and almost are asking people to reaffirm their negative body image. This is my response to that. ENJOY!

Thanks for all the positive feedback. I was a little hesitant at first about putting myself out there, but I realized that the fear was coming from a place of shame and disgust about my body, and I am working really hard to break through that. Having formerly been anorexic as a teenager, then a bulimic/ compulsive over-eater as a young adult, I struggle a lot with body image issues. I hope that by telling myself these positive messages over and over again (whether I believe them or not at first) I will start to break through the negativity.

Loved every second of it and I think the bit about fighting for yourself was really inspirational. I will keep that in mind for my next work out!
