Default Shoe size?

I heard that a lot of people you lose a lot of weight (over and around 100 lbs) experience shoe size change.

Is this true? O_o

It was for me. I went from a size 8 to a size 6 shoe. It's GREAT! Size 6's are easy to find in stores!

Okay 1, AMAZING AFTER PICS! You are so cute. I can't wait to be in your shoes.

2, YAY! I have such big feet. I actually get into an 11 now. If I could get down to a 9 I'd be so happy.

I went from an 11W to a 9.5 standard width. It can be done!

I have definitely gone down in size since I've lost the weight I have. I've gone from a 9 to an 8.5

Wow, this is amazing. So it seems likely that I could fit into a 9 by the time I'm done.

I was actually thrilled that weight gain had me in a near medium shoe! Now I'm back to one foot being a AAA and the other a AAAA.

These gunboats were meant for a much slimmer person!

I like my narrow feet, don't get me wrong. My feet and size 4.5 fingers have always been my favorite body parts. HOWEVER, have you ever tried to find a AAAA shoe?

I assume that's a very tiny foot? Lol, I'm sorry.

I've gone from an 8.5 to an 8 in 30lbs but I don't think it'll go any further as I wore an 8 when I was super skinny. Good luck in your search for shrinking feet!

Omg! I'm a size 2-3, uk size. I hope mine don't shrink! They'll disappear! I'm shocked I could balance on them at my largest tbh!
