Default Bony bits and bruises

So since I've lost 2 stone I've noticed that my bones are a little more apparent - this isn't a bad thing, but it's really, really hard to get used to. If I bang my elbow or my knee now it hurts, and one thing I really do notice a LOT is my seatbones, especially when I'm sitting on a horse or a bike saddle.

I'm not super-skinny or anything, I just seem to be losing weight in the most bizzare places!

So does anyone else have bony bits they never had before? Most particularly in the derriere? Would be interested to hear from other horse riders in regard to this, it's positively painful when I ride now so I haven't been for over a month!

those bony bits that are getting bruised could lead to pressure sores if you are doing a LOT of sitting, so just be careful of that!
