Default Skin, Skin, Skin.

So has anyone here had any excess skin removed?

I don't think I'll need any in my tummy region but I'm SURE I'll need skin removed on my arms.

They're the biggest thing on my body and it's what everyone used to joke about in middle school - high school. The whole "Hey Mel! Hold your arm up!" thing, well that was mainly in middle school but whatever.

Anyone have any experiences with excess skin being removed?

Arms seem to be the toughest area- my best advice is to make sure you are toning your arms as well. I use resistance bands and weights and I've started noticing a difference- it's awesome!

Ughhhh I feel your pain sweetie. HATE arm fat.

Mine has gone down significantly since losing most of the weight but I do have some loose skin there unfortunately. Not enough to really bother me but enough that it wrinkles up a bit when I move my arms back. It's annoying.

Try not to worry too much. Remembeer, if after regular exercise and all the weight lost, it still bothers you, there ARE procedures that can help.
