Default Hair, Skin, Nail vitamin?
I just got one of those hair, skin and nail vitamins. I havent taken it yet because I want to make sure its ok to take along with a regular womens multivitamin. It doesnt say on the bottle not to mix with other vitamins?

I take a hair, skin & nail vitamin along with my women's multi....have been doing this for years now, no ill effects.

I know a couple of girls that take prenatal vitamins because it helps their skin and hair since it has higher doses of some vitamins.
