Hi everyone. I know this is probably the wrong section of the forums to be asking this, but I have a question pertaining to lose skin I was hoping someone could help me with.
Ok, so I'm a 19 year old male now, and I started dieting when I was about 17. I used to weigh my most at 230 pounds which isn't TOO terribly overweight for someone who's 6'2" tall, but I have huge fears of loose skin for when I finally do rid myself of the little bit of excess fat on my body...which will be there until I get to my goal weight which is 180-175 pounds.
How likely is it that I'll have loose skin once I get to that weight, and is there anything I can do to prevent the loose, hanging skin if it's to be a concern of mine?
