How come men don't have excess skin (or much) after drastic weight loss!!!

Well..guy here...lost about 120. And I've had major issues with loose skin...well major to me anyway. I'm young too, 19, so you would think that would be a plus for me but it was still pretty bad. I've had an abdominoplasty and am still not happy, but it is much better than before.

My bf used to be at or over 250 (now 170) before I met him and has NO loose skin. I, on the other hand, have the flabby stomach going from 210 to 142. Our losses took about the same time, too. Go figure. He looks great and I look disgusting. Yay!

For the record, I exercise and always have and he doesn't at all.
