Does anyone use a calorie counter? If so do you use the one offered by Biggest Loser or the one Jillian mentioned the Calorie King Pocket Counter maybe another one? I looked at the Biggest Loser one today but will go to big store to see the Calorie King one. I am trying to get ready for the next challenge. Maybe I will get a kitchen scale with calorie counter built in. Thanks! Kathy

I use the Calorie King pocket counter and i love it! They also have a website (www.calorieking.com) and that has even more up to date calorie counts for products brought out after the book was published. It is a really awesome book and i would recommend it to everyone!
