Talking New to this forum - LOVE the Biggest Loser!

Hey everyone,

I read some of the threads and if there are teams, I want in! If possible!

When the show first premiered 2 years ago, I was hooked and it inspired me to lose 45lbs! However, since then I have gained back 30 and am now back into the depression of being over weight!

I am using the show as a huge inspiration and also utilizing the tools they are teaching! I am a very big emotional eater and need support. my friends are all skinny and it is not uncommon for me to refer to myself as a cow. I am just tired of it! So, I am going to be strong and do something about it!!!

I am hoping to get the support I am looking for here and am MORE than willing to give my support to anyone as well!!

Evette

Welcome, MissEvie. You just add your starting weight to the "Final Red Team Stats" link. You copy and paste the weeks, like everyone else, and then fill in your weight. Every week you go back to your post and hit the "edit" link on the bottom of it to update your new weight. You can also talk to other red team people under the "Red Team Chat" link. Good luck, and GO TEAM BLUE!!!

Welcome Evettete to the Red Team! Hope you find the motivation and encouragment that you need in order to succeed. I am sure that you will drop those 30 pounds and more if you put your mind to it. Once again welcome to the team!
