I had a pretty good week. Weighed in this morning and was happy You'll just have to wait until Wednesday to see/hear
I had a planned "off" day today, but didn't do too bad. Had some cake and icecream at a friend's daugher b-day party. But it was my only dessert all week so I just enjoyed it. (and really didn't have very much compared to what I normally might have)
Tomorrow is start of a new week for me and I plan to stay OP through Saturday. We can do this!!

Heh it figures my weight has been stready the last month at 2 or 3 lbs a week but when It matters and other people are looking so far it's this same this week despite exercising every day this week and eatting at a 1000cal deficit. Oh well... I'm hoping the body will get with the plan by Tuesday! The only thing "bad" I've done this week was too much sodium so maybe that's it. We shall see! Mucho Water for me tomorrow!

Lets see todays/yesterdays workouts: Leslie Sandson Walk and Jog, and TamileeWebb Tigheter Assets weight loss (both I have not done before) Yesterday: Kimberly Spreen Kickbox Bootcamp and the Biggest loser low impact cardio.

I had a pretty slow week. Still a bit frustrated because of my knee injury. But I am still exercising as much as I can without walking. I am staying on track with my points. I haven't had much success this week so far on weight loss. I have only lost about 1 lb. Hope to have a bigger loss soon.

Weigh in for BL on Wednesday.

I officially had my first perfectly on plan day in months yesterday. I have been struggling hard for months to get it together and I think yesterday was a step in the right direction. Hope everyone is doing well, and here's to a great week!

Glad to hear that everyone is doing well. I have been doing really good to stay OP and getting in 30 minutes of excerise each day. I hope we all have a great weigh in this week. Mine is tomorrow evening and I am anxious to see how I did for last week. Have a great week everyone!

Morning gals!!!

I started Fat Smash today. So far I am doing really good, but then again it's only 11am. But I was down this morning on the scale...so woo hoo!!! I can't wait until wednesday to see what the verdict is for week 1 weigh in. I am stoked!!!!

You guys hang in there!! We can do this!!!!

I just ordered that book waiting for it to come. Is it pretty simple. I have done it all on my own calorie s counting exercise portion control. I have kinda my onw thing. wondering if this fat smash it to controling kinda thing.
