well I know nothing about this show or this book, didn't even know a book existed.

What is their diet like?? I realize the show must really restrict their diets and the book would not be that strict.

I have the Book but I haven't used the plan because I'm following Weight Watchers its like a family thing, my sister my mom and my cousin
