I've been pretty much doing the program from her book "Winning by Losing" - I use her workouts and eating plan. If I was doing it exactly as she prescribes - I think I would be seeing more results. I've gotten pretty good results as it is, though - I went from a size 16 to a size 10...over the course of 10 months.
Maybe if your parents won't let you sign up for the online program they will buy you the book?
