I'm on day 2 of the biggest loser diet (from the book) and I googled TBL and found this site which looked interesting so I joined. But I'm having trouble finding the TBL diet forum...all I can find is this forum which I think is just exercise-related?? If anyone can point (or link) me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.
I don't know if there is a TBL diet forum - this forum has been pretty quiet as there haven't been any shows on lately.
I haven't read the TBL book - I read Jillian's book Winning by Losing.
Is TBL diet a calorie counting thing? If so - there is a very active calorie counter group here Otherwise - there is tons of useful info here and a great bunch of people.
