  • Well here it is!! A new thread for those of us who need strict schedules in order to stay motivated in our common goal!!! Here you can post your exercise regimen for the week.............an as you complete one........come on back and post that you are done that day..............so we can all cheer each other on!!!!

  • Here is my schedule for the week:

    Monday Jan. 30: BL #3 DONE!!!!!
    Tuesday Jan. 31: BL #1 and #3 ( i was feeling adventurous!!) Done!!
    Wedensday Feb. 1: BL #3 and #4................I think I'm dead!!! DONE!!!!
    Thursday Feb. 2: Jillian DVD's..........did 15 min on front and 30 on back!!! DONE!!!!
    Friday Feb. 3 BL#3 DONE!! Weigh in day for St. Patty's Challenge Don't Forget!!!!
    Saturday Feb. 4: Jillian front side and BL #3 DONE!!!!!
    Sunday Feb. 5: REST DAY

    Tuesday Jan 31st - 30 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes with weights *DONE*
    Wednesday Feb 1st - did about 3.5 hours of walking, skipped BL workout *DONE*
    Thursday Feb 2nd -30 minute walk with the kids & 20 minutes Bike *DONE*
    Friday Feb 3rd - BL workout session #3 *NOT DONE*
    Saturday Feb 4th - day off
    Sunday Feb 5th - 20 minutes elliptical, *DONE*

    Week Five - Lost 1lb - 192
    Monday Feb 6th - 20 minute walk with kids & 30 min. RS workout *DONE*
    Tuesday Feb 7th - 65 minute walk *DONE*
    Wednesday Feb 8th - 30 minute walk *DONE*
    Thursday Feb 9th - nothing
    Friday Feb 10th - 25 minutes treadmill & 25 minutes bike *DONE*
    Saturday Feb 11th - day off

    Wednesday Mar 1st - 40 min treadmill & 25 min crosstrainer *DONE
    Thursday Mar 2nd - nothing
    Friday Mar 3rd - ?
    Saturday Mar 4th - ?
    Sunday Mar 5th - 20 min bike and abs

    TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS FOR MARCH IS....... 7lbs

    Week Nine - Lost 1.5lbs - 184.5
    Monday Mar 6th - 25 min bike & 30 min treadmill
    Tuesday Mar 7th - some stairs, lol
    Wednesday Mar 8th - gym evaluation, some weights and boxing!

  • hey girls!!!! How is today going!!! Kick butt on the workouts!!! I just did #3 and#4 on the biggest loser...................holy crap boot camp is not even the word for that workout!!!!!! I thought my arms were gonna fall off!!!! LOl!!! Well ladies.............have an awesome day!!!!!!!

  • I cant believe I've actually stuck to this all week! Yay!! I'm talking today off i think my body needs it, and after a 5.5 lb loss last week deserves it too! LOL! Are we going to start a new thread for this or just keep going?
