Exclamation WBL-Exercise Schedule...help please!!

I'm new here and to Jillian's book so I need a little help.
Okay on page 226 is Week 1 scedule. So how the heck do you read the chart? On Monday I should work my chest shoulder, triceps quads, & rectus abs. So...beside it is the exercises I should do right? Circuit 1=Push-ups & squats right? I do those 3 sets of 15, than do circuit 2 which = dumbbell chest, flys, & sumo squats. RIGHT???

i think you've got it right. each day, you do circuit 1 by doing each of the moves once (15 reps), then repeat the circuit two more times (equals 3 sets). then you move on to circuit 2, and so on. i hope i explained it ok. let me know if you want me to clarify anything.

good luck and have fun!

Yep, that's correct.
So on Monday's you'll be doing:

15 push-ups -- as soon as you're done with them go right into 15 squats
as soon as you're done with those squats go back to 15 push-ups then right back to 15 squats then one more set of 15 push-ups and finally the last set of 15 squats.

Whew. Just typing that makes me tired!!
