Default Winning by Losing

Hi everyone. I know a lot of people are using the Winning by Losing plan. I was just wondering if anyone could share any successes or losses they've had since starting the plan. I just bought the book yesterday, and figured it would be a major motivator to see any losses people have had with the plan. Thanks a bunch!

anyone?

and by the way...i know i could just look at the show, but i'd like to hear stories about people who weren't secluded at a ranch, exercising 5 hours a day.

Hello Danzer5570, welcome!!
As for me I just started, so I won't be able to give you any numbers as of yet. One thing I can say, is that just by altering my eating and cycling my calories, as Jillians suggested in her book, I have more energy that I have ever had. I have followed MANY programs and different ways of eating, and I am so happy to say I actually don't feel tired!! As the weeks progress, I will do my very best to keep you all posted on any successes during this journey.

I just started week 4 today. I lost 8 pounds in the first 21 days! I'm a balanced oxidizer and am following the 40/30/30 plan and doing Jillian's circuit workouts from the book. It works! Just keep at it and you will see results!

Danzer-

Unfortunately I haven't kept great records since I started. And there were the holidays in there, and a vacation too. Still, I have lost over 10 lbs. and have lost inches too. I can tell because my clothes are starting to get way too big. My big old fat legs have really responded to the workouts. They are always hard to budge and they are looking, to my eyes, a whole lot better. I will start week 11 tomorrow but like I said, I was away about a week and half in there. During the holidays I worked out, but my eating was out of control a little bit. My muscle tone is greatly improved. In a way it is pretty intangible. Really and truly, just this week I started noticing that my pants were really showing me how well I was doing by wanting to slide down. About a week and a half ago I started writing down my daily weight so I'll have a better record to share soon.
